Where Everyone Belongs

 

The transition from elementary school to jr. high often worries even the bravest students. Sierra Vista actively seeks to reduce our incoming students' anxiety by pairing all 6th-grade students with an 8th-grade mentor before they even arrive on our campus. WEB also provides an orientation that introduces our new 6th-graders to the resources on campus. Throughout the year our WEB leaders and staff members build community by hosting monthly events.
